The location was young, but it wasn’t close to the attractions, making it hard to catch a taxi. The rooms were old, even the furnishings, and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

The room was reasonable for the price, but the toilet and shower were only in 1 of 15 rooms, and there was just 1 outlet inside the room.

For one night it was okay. There was a nice view from the balcony and amenities like a kettle and microwave. The bathroom wasn’t clean and was very cramped. The rooms felt like office cubicles with a bed in them—nothing terrible (just cramped) but very noisy. The staff clearly had no interest in helping and weren’t open to assistance.
