The kitchen was good. In this room there were all the water leaks. No soundproofing. The room was under the staircase cage.

Nothing positive. The property was unpleasant and smelled moldy. I was traveling with my wife and two other single people and between us we booked three spaces. We all decided against staying here and rebooked a different location despite having paid in advance. Highly recommend NOT staying at this place!

Excellent location for biking the Cross New Hampshire Adventure Trail, a fully shared kitchen, and very reasonably priced.
