“Lovely stay in Rome”
The spot’s great, and the airport shuttle made getting in and out a breeze; the directions were spot-on even though we arrived late. Everyone on the team was super friendly and helpful, and the room itself was very comfortable. I can’t think of anything negative.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The location was within walking distance of attractions. There was no in‑person customer service; everything was handled via text (they had someone there from about 10 am to 1 pm). They were quick to reply to questions and concerns by text, but the room was much smaller than we expected.
“Great location to see the sites of Rome!”
It was solid basic lodging with everything we needed, spotlessly clean, and the hosts were friendly. The place is conveniently located; the airport bus stops right outside, and other stops let you hop to anywhere in Rome, plus you’re within walking distance to the Vatican and a bunch of restaurants and sights. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, but that’s probably because we booked one of the smaller rooms—our friend’s room was larger and so was their bathroom. Just keep that in mind when you’re booking if space matters.
