The place was clean and in the city centre. There was an elevator, so even a large suitcase was fine. If you check in outside normal hours, you need to call an Italian number, so keep that in mind.
“Great location, just a 10-minute walk to the train station. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The bed”
The spot is spot-on—just a 10‑minute walk to the train station, so moving around is a breeze. But the room left a lot to be desired: the bed and blanket had a nasty odor, the pillow was flat and loose, and the bathroom carried a strong, unpleasant smell. To top it off, I spotted what looked like bed bugs and ended up scratching all night. Cleanliness and bedding definitely need a serious upgrade.
The room was stylish, and the location was great. No complaints.
“I do not recommend this place. We didn’t have a good communication and they have some serious technical issues and they”
The location was convenient and the room was clean. From the moment we arrived, we were told that the air‑conditioner would get stuck if we changed the mode and stop working for everyone. The first night it was fine, but we had no AC on the second and third nights. When I tried to talk to staff during business hours, I got no reply. I called them and they finally answered, saying there was a technical issue and they were working on it. I asked for an update but got none. The third night was Sunday, so the technicians weren’t on duty and we slept with open windows and street noise, which was unpleasant. Cleaning on the following days was lacking: they only took out the trash but didn’t change the towels. We had a towel with makeup marks, and they put it on the pillows instead of hanging it on the bathroom wall. Also, the two rooms were very small, there were no doors to separate the bedrooms, so they were open to each other—definitely not suitable for couples.
The location was very close to the metro stop, and you could walk to the Trevi Fountain and Piazza España in 15 minutes. It was very good. For the price, the hotel was missing hangers in the wardrobe, the bathroom was tiny, and the common area lacked utensils: no knives for cutting fruit or bread, no toaster or cookware, although there were pans and a small ceramic plate. It was noisy; you could hear everything from the street.
