“Not very well”
I wasn’t particularly impressed. When I arrived, there was no water bottle—something basic, especially after a long flight. No mug or glass was offered either; I was told I’d have to pay a deposit at the kitchen to get one. On the bright side, the reception staff were wonderful. Wishing you a great stay.
The staff were flawless, the building is well maintained, and the location is spot on. The breakfast was lacking and the Wi‑Fi was almost non‑existent.
You can drop off your luggage for free before check‑in and after check‑out, and the hotel sits on the Rambla right next to the metro. Everything else was fine.
The staff were very kind, the setting was perfect, and I’ll definitely return. We had a 23:00 flight, so they kept our bags all day and gave us plenty of advice—thanks! The only downside was that breakfast was served in the adjacent bar; I would have preferred the usual buffet.
