We were searching for a warm, charming and comfortable setting for our tenth anniversary trip to Rome, and they surpassed our expectations with their hospitality and suggestions for local activities and food. Absolutely nothing else to note.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and laser‑focused on customer service, always friendly and eager to help us navigate Rome. Their food and transport tips were brilliant and kept us out of the usual tourist traps. Mario, Carla, Mariusz, and Nora were amazing at the concierge desk, while Francesco and his breakfast crew were excellent and a joy to be around. The housekeeping team did a great job. The location was quiet yet close enough that we could walk to most attractions. Thank you Kira and Stefano! Your team is outstanding and we truly appreciated everyone. It would be nice to have a small shelf for shampoo or a razor in the shower, but otherwise the facility is great!

TOUT! The staff were meticulous, the location is perfect—10‑15 minutes on foot from the terminus if you arrive from the airport, and the same if you want to head into the city centre (e.g. Trevi Fountain). It’s a charming hotel full of personality, different from the typical chain. Thanks again for the warm welcome! Nothing was lacking, everything was perfect.

The location and the calm were great, but the pressure among the team members—especially at breakfast—was noticeable.

Safe location, friendly and helpful staff, close but not super close to the train station. We had a room near the busy street, so there was some noise; ask for a room away from the busy street.
