I have to point out the poor cleanliness of the rooms and the pool, which doesn't match the type of establishment, and the staff were not very helpful; I expected a proper welcome and support from the foreign staff, and the breakfast was lacking. These are not criticisms meant to diminish the property, on the contrary, the location is magnificent. The staff were the main issue.

The pool and the staff were excellent, the breakfast was great, and the views were stunning. The terrace restaurant menu was only okay, and we stayed for 10 days, which is unusual for this hotel that usually hosts short stays and guests moving around. Unfortunately the menu didn't change, which was very disappointing. Explore the cafés in Gaiole and the surrounding area.

The room is very comfortable, the view is beautiful, the pools and sauna are excellent, and the staff is very attentive! I ordered a fried egg at breakfast and was charged €16. Honestly, for the category of the hotel and what is already paid for the stay, charging separately, and at that price, a simple fried egg feels excessive and goes against the hotel itself.
