The staff were friendly and the price was very cheap, but the place was quite basic, which you’d expect for that rate. A mosque sits right behind the apartment complex, so be ready for a 5 am alarm in the morning. The noise from other guests who stay out late, sit outside, or come home after a night out and then keep chatting late into the night was a real nuisance.

The cleanliness and quiet were great, but booking the scooters was a bit annoying even though I had sent messages beforehand. Because of the location, a scooter is essential.

The property looked nice and, although a bit far from the center, it’s convenient if you bike. The room was spacious, had good AC and amenities. Breakfast featured Indonesian dishes that were very tasty. The staff were adorable! Unfortunately, there were ants in the room and I had to sweep them out every morning and night because there was a nest in the wall.
