The service from Jesus was great, but the breakfast could have been more filling and the options were limited.

The staff were friendly, the room was wonderful, the breakfast was good, and it was close to the center – we walked there. However, for three people it wasn’t ideal and the bunk bed wasn’t comfortable, though the room was well equipped and there was nothing else to complain about.

The reception staff were very kind and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no elevator and the room was on the third floor, so anyone with a injury or traveling with an elderly person should be aware of that; the breakfast servers get stressed when there are many guests, and the furniture such as the closet and desk were old.

The staff’s attention, the restaurant food, the included breakfasts, and the ability to leave luggage before check‑in and after check‑out were all perfect, and there was nothing negative.

The location is great for exploring the historic centre, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, Alexa is useful and convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, calling this hotel a “****” feels excessive; the bathroom door didn’t close fully, some furniture was damaged, the food quality could improve, the Jacuzzi is very small, and adding fans on the terrace would help guests during meals and fight the heat in Cartagena.
