The air conditioner in the room keeps running all night.
The place was clean and in a good spot, but the staff were not very attentive, both at reception and with the amenities that were supposedly included in the price.

I wasn’t happy with this stay; they took a long time to hand over the room.
The location was fine, but after many years returning to this hotel I was let down by the shower’s cleanliness; additionally, the booking system added a nightly charge per room that ignored the “pay at arrival” option and applied the hotel’s exchange rate, tacking on over 1000 pesos—terrible—and the 24‑hour coffee service lacked any cups or glasses for serving.
