“Desiludido por o alojamento se encontrar em obras e não termos tido acesso à piscina interior.”

The place gave a sense of peace and calm; the room was big enough for a family. The main reason I chose it was the indoor pool for my kids, but at check‑in I was told it was under renovation, as were some other areas. The room had some damp spots on a wall, and the cleaning was a bit below expectations. Breakfast could include more regional products, and the reception staff could encourage local tourism, but they didn’t.

“Confortável e agradável”

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The pool was over‑used by guests and there were only a few lounge chairs.

“Agradável”

The staff, especially D. Liliana, were attentive, but the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi wasn’t good either; in the room the AC regulator was broken so it didn’t work, and the bar prices were a bit high.

I liked the breakfast, the pool, and the games room, but the heating was off; even in summer it was cold and I could only sleep with blankets.
