The place was in a great spot – a 20‑minute walk to the Colosseum and just 5 minutes from Termini train station and the metro, making it very convenient to explore Rome. The kitchen was shared between the rooms, but it was well‑equipped with a fridge, sink, table, basic utensils, and essentials like salt – more than enough for our stay. The hosts were very kind. Overall, a great location and a comfortable, practical place to stay while exploring Rome! We were warned to be a bit careful around Termini station at night, as the area can attract pickpockets, so keep an eye on your belongings when walking around.

The Delah was super friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and quiet. The bed, mattress, and pillows were very comfortable, and the morning coffee was fantastic. The neighborhood felt a bit odd and somewhat unsafe, but at least it was close to the TERMINI station.

Close to the train, metro, and Colosseum. Delicious espresso from the machine, A/C, and a wonderful host with quick, efficient communication.
