Friendly staff and a convenient downtown spot near the metro and Cairo’s core made the stay enjoyable, and the hotel itself was spotless. Breakfast was the only meal included, but there were plenty of take‑away and dining options nearby, and the staff were quick to arrange meal deliveries. The price was a great deal, and I’m grateful to everyone involved. I would love to see light snacks for lunch and dinner added, but that’s a minor suggestion.

The location is excellent, the cleanliness superb, and the staff are very good—overall a comfortable, safe place with 24‑hour reception. The area is historic and perfect for city‑center lovers, offering nice services like a luggage scale and a small kitchen next to the room zone.

I stayed in the downtown area and found the place noisy, with staff who couldn’t get the taps to work properly; the noise was a real problem for me, especially since I was there for a medical trip and had just had surgery, and when I tried to bring a friend from the hospital for breakfast they wouldn’t let us eat in the room, leaving us both stuck.
