The front desk staff were wonderful and thoughtful, the room and bedding were clean, the environment was quiet (the tracks are close but not very frequent), the private open‑air bath was great, the vending machine prices inside the building were reasonable, and the ShouTeraZe sweets were a nice surprise. The sauna was broken, which was disappointing.

スタックが親切. 風呂のシャワーが弱い、サウナ使用できない、ジャグジーも使用出来ない、その他、あがりのシャワーも2箇所とも使用できない、浴槽だけしか使用できない

When I entered the room it felt huge, with four packages of different cookies as a gift! I slept very comfortably; the hot spring water was silky, and after soaking my skin felt great. The staff were polite and friendly, and even though I didn’t speak English they tried hard to communicate with me, which helped a lot. A small playground nearby is great for kids.
