“Me sentí como en casa 🤩”
The staff’s kindness and the building itself earned a 10/10. Everything else was fine.
I’m stuck in an empty room for the next few hours because of problems I didn’t get any refund. The customer service and desk guy were unhelpful.
Everything was a problem: the staff were rude and clearly untrained in customer service, insisting we knew the front‑desk manager’s name, Jordan, for the review; they failed to explain that rooms only include towels. Housekeeping was present, yet the hallways, stairs, and even the stairs’ dust remained dirty all week. Our room floor was filthy, the bathroom had mildew on the caulking, and the shower curtain was so short that water splashed onto the floor. We had to request every single item, and there wasn’t even a bar of soap. Jordan was extremely rude, setting a negative tone for the week. We will never stay there again and will warn friends and family. Broken car‑window glass in several spots in the parking lot made us uneasy about parking at night. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay.
