Customer service is excellent with very friendly staff, the à la carte Italian restaurant serves great food, the quiet pool and the general pool were delightful, and the drinks were very good; however, Wi‑Fi was spotty in some areas, the nighttime entertainment (karaoke) was short, and the buffet had limited variety even though the food was good.

1.Me encanto la cena, la variedad que tenían , el pescado a la plancha estuvo delicioso! yo volvería sin dudar! 2.El show nocturno estuvo muy bien, la musica en vivo, el cantante cantó espectacular y la musica fue bien variada, canto de todo un poco. 3.Muy buena la estación de café y té, la tenían disponible todo el tiempo, así podia consumir té y café en todo momento. 4. El gym, esta bien completo, con variedad de mancuernas. 1.Me hubiese gustado que colocaran botellas de agua en la habitación. 2.En los puntos donde ofrecen bebidas, se tenga opción de leche de almendras para la preparación del cafe frio

The food was very good, the rooms were comfortable and everything was close by, but the staff were rude and seemed to favor certain guests.
