“Convenient Location, Clean Rooms and Comfortable Beds – A Few Improvements Would Make It Even Better”

We spent seven nights there while attending local meetings and found the location very handy. Getting in and out of Nashville was a breeze, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was roomy, the beds comfy, and the shower superb. Parking was plentiful, making arrivals and departures easy. All in all, it was a comfortable base for a longer stay, and the staff were pleasant. The hotel was busy the whole time, but we understand it was school‑holiday season. The bathroom light switch stayed on all night, and a flashing fire‑alarm light made sleeping harder than expected. As a tea drinker, we were let down by the lack of black tea; only green tea was offered and none could be found when we asked. We tried breakfast once and chose not to return because the eggs were rubbery and overly processed. Internet speed was disappointing for a business trip, especially over a seven‑night stay; repeated tests gave about 28.7 Mbps download and 32.2 Mbps upload, slower than we’d hoped. We also found a tick in the car park, and since the property has large outdoor areas, this might be something management could monitor and treat more regularly to reduce risk for guests. Still, it was a good place to stay, with a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and easy access to Nashville and nearby amenities.
