Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.
Great location for touring the city, a spacious, clean room with all comforts. The host is friendly and helpful.

The B&B sits in a strategic spot, perfect for exploring the city on foot or by metro (the Toledo stop is right beneath the building). Even though the street is fairly busy, you don’t hear any noise. The property includes a common area with everything you need for a stay—boiler, coffee machine, dishes, fridge‑bar—and two rooms. Our room wasn’t huge, but my boyfriend and I could move around comfortably. It’s simply furnished but functional and tasteful. We found a welcome kit with snacks, coffee, crackers, and jams, which we appreciated. The place was spotless from the moment you entered, and you immediately sensed cleanliness. A special mention goes to Luigi, the host, who was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was truly a pleasure to stay here. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
The property is in the center, a nice spot, but keep in mind it’s noisy—just close the window. There’s a small balcony where you can make coffee and watch the world go by. It was great that they let us keep our luggage on the last day for several hours. The bathroom temperature was unstable.
