The location was great, the breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were a good size, but I had to ring the bell for service during check‑in, the check‑out staff were unpleasant, paint was peeling on the hallway ceiling revealing clear water damage, a silver fish was in the bathroom, the toilet handle was broken, the fire alarm battery was dead and kept beeping when I arrived, the promised city view turned out to be a dumpster, and the duvet had no cover.

Breakfast was good, the location was good, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been a bit hotter.
