The breakfast spread was excellent, and my late check‑out request was granted. However, I was constantly reminded about checking out, to the point that I had to leave the room, work in the lobby, and kill time.

Breakfast was good, but the music from the bar could be heard in the room until midnight.

The staff were excellent and super helpful, the restaurant and bar were well laid out, and there was even a pianist one night; the aircon in the room worked very well and I liked the complimentary hotel pick‑up and drop‑off. The rooms were a bit dated, the curtains wouldn’t pull together, and some paint was flaking, so a few touch‑ups would help.

The spotlights in the rooms need changing; it took days to get one replaced while the others stayed unattended, and the internet was good when it worked but when it stopped it was a nightmare to get someone to fix it.
