The room was spacious, check‑in went smoothly, and the stay was short, but the bedding hadn't been changed, leaving hair on the bed and dust in the intercom; I had to call housekeeping at 7 pm after a long day to get it swapped.

The size of the apartment that we got on the second try was good but service was not what's expected out of a 5 star hotel. Food quality and taste were also average. The apartment that we were living in was spacious. Attention to details was missing. used plates took time to be cleared from the table. food came out cold and reminders had to be given for the food. We had booked an apartment with a twin bed and a double bed. The first apartment we checked in had a double bed and a single bed. We had to get it changed and the next apartment had a leaking bathroom, broken showerhead and a broken toilet seat. Not expected from a Sheraton property

The apartment concept works well and the unit itself was good, but the hospitality team could be friendlier and more helpful; there was no cutlery in the rooms and I had to ask several times to get it.
