洗濯乾燥機を使った後数分ほど遅れた為中身を取り出されていた。洗濯物が足らずフロントで一悶着あった。結局諦めきれず次に使っていた方の終わりに凸して中身を確認したら出てきた。 一悶着した時に一番年配の男性に「きちんと確認されましたか」と聞いた時に「確認しました」と迷いの無い発言だったので正直怒りしかわきませんでした。 洗濯乾燥機はただでさえ放置率高いのに私が宿泊した日は一台故障で結局その後翌朝チェックアウトまで放置されたまんまで空く事は2度とありませんでした。 非常に不愉快でした。

I landed on the fifth floor and the room smelled awful—like rotten socks, probably from wet carpet leaking out of the bathroom. I was too exhausted after a late check‑in to ask for a room change, and the bathroom still had strands of the previous guest’s hair. I’ve stayed at several hotels in this chain, but Kyoto didn’t meet my expectations; the location was fine and the breakfast decent, but the room left a bad impression.
