Friendly staff. We arrived early after very long flight and the room was ready which was so helpful

Clean rooms, crisp white linens, tasty breakfasts, 5-star service—thanks to Talshyn at reception for the hospitality! We were tired from the road, got checked in quickly, received an upgrade, and paperwork was handled swiftly.

We stayed in a two‑level suite with a terrace and everything in the room worked flawlessly; smoking on the private terrace with a coffee from the in‑room machine was great, and the restaurant offered a good menu and tasty food.
