The accommodation didn’t match the pictures posted online; apparently the hotel has another building next door with modern rooms, but we were stuck in the old one, spacious but a bit dated and could have been cleaner.

We had our worst experience at this so‑called hotel: it’s absolutely unsuitable for families, with some rooms rented to rude ladies who are loud and make embarrassing noises; the place was extremely dirty, the bed was filthy, and there were bedbugs and cobwebs in the bedroom, so we had to sleep on it; the description was nothing like reality, there was no in‑room equipment, no room service, no breakfast service; please don’t book this place—staff are irresponsible and rude, and it seems there is no state oversight.
