“Weekend operowy”

The location is fantastic, especially when coming for the opera at DIVADLO; the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is fine. We were very unhappy that a large amount was blocked on our account for parking and we couldn’t see what it was for, even though we paid in advance; the amount wasn’t refunded at check‑out and we had to intervene, and no one could explain it. We never encountered such a practice elsewhere. The fridge had no drinks or other items, and the restaurant was open for a very short time, especially on weekends.

The staff work very well, the location is central, and the breakfast is below standard. Some rooms have older‑style fittings, and I’ve stayed there several times; some rooms are noticeably weaker. The hotel gym is practically a small room with almost no equipment, and the parking is unnecessarily expensive.

“Dobry hotel v centru mesta ze super moznosti parkovani”

The location, breakfast, restaurant, and parking were great, but on weekends and public holidays the restaurant and bar close at 15 h, which is a pity.
