주방시설이 있었음에 취식은 편리했습니다. 직원들은 친절하지 않았습니다. 자신들이 주인인것을 항상 티냈고 투숙객의 편의는 고려하지 않았습니다. 다리수술하여 불편한 몸이라서 1층을 요구하였으나 매니저는 무시했고 제일 높은층인 3층을 객실로 주었습니다. 객실에는 바퀴벌레엄청 나옵니다. 잡은 바퀴발레가 거짓말 안치고 100마리가 넘습니다. 룸서비스는 제공되지 않고 수건또한 바꿔주지 않습니다. 장기투숙객들이 있는데 그들또한 인성이 좋지 않아 싸움이 자주 있었습니다
