A private balcony provides garden views and access to the apartment’s well‑equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware. The sleeping area offers two single beds, one large double bed and an optional crib, accommodating up to five guests. A flat‑screen TV with satellite channels is available, and the private bathroom includes a shower.
The property sits in the middle of the countryside, a sunny and quiet spot; you can only get there by car.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was perfect for my car rental and visits to nearby Salzburg and Berchtesgarden. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this place for a summer holiday, especially if you have a car.
The trampoline for the kids and daily access to the Tall (horses, rabbits) were great.
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location - it's situated in a peaceful area surrounded by plenty of woods. However, I did find the sofa to be a bit uncomfortable.
