The spot was spot-on, right next to the Vatican, and the room turned out larger than I’d expected for a European city—especially when compared to other hotels we’d stayed at on this trip. The staff were incredibly helpful, handing us extra towels, letting us use an umbrella, and even booking a taxi for us. I can’t think of anything that could have made it better.

We arrived to find two friendly ladies waiting for us; one spoke French fluently, so communication was a breeze. We also loved the location, close to everything. Everything else was great, and we have nothing to complain about.

The property is superb, situated in a beautiful area near all the main sights—walking around was fantastic. The host is very friendly, and if we ever return to Rome, we’ll stay here again.
