Contacting any human seemed impossible, as it was all online and I believe AI controlled. The place was old, uninviting and left us feeling unsafe and insecure. I could not stay in the place as it did not live up to its presentation on the Bookings.com site. I found another hotel that had similar descriptions that the Adler had, was in the same price range but provided all that I expected from the Adler but was disappointed on attending the Adler site. I wasn’t given the key in the box as instructed, the phone number to contact was inactive, and after calling the property, the customer service said it would arrive in half an hour but it took over an hour.
