Mary’s Family Guest House was a real find in Yerevan. The owners, especially Molly, were incredibly warm, let us swing by early and leave late, and made sure everything was set up for our group. We spent most evenings in the garden, firing up the BBQ and lounging by the pool, and loved that every room had its own AC and bathroom. The only thing that could be tweaked is a bigger stash of toiletries for longer stays, and the cash‑only policy was a slight hassle, but it didn’t spoil the trip.

The hosts were genuinely welcoming and helped us with every question we had. The house sits just a 15‑minute walk from the city centre and a metro stop is nearby, making it super convenient. Inside, the rooms are spacious with private bathrooms, and the shared areas on the ground floor are comfortable and well‑appointed. The on‑site BBQ area and other leisure facilities made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

“The best house in Yerevan!”

Our ten‑person crew was blown away by the house – it turned out even better than the photos suggested. Set in a lovely street near the metro, the place feels both central and peaceful, and the owners greeted us with warm smiles and even a fresh watermelon. The interior was spotless, the kitchen fully equipped (including a dishwasher), and the backyard boasted lush plants, chill zones, and a fantastic pool. All in all, the stay exceeded what we imagined, and we’ll definitely be back.
