Very quiet even though there was an event on the main floor, the staff were professional from beginning to end, and the room was exceptionally clean.

The room was fine and the bed very comfortable, but there was no safe in the room.

My brother had a bad experience during his stay; it took 15 minutes before anyone noticed him for services, and he got up and left.
