The spot is convenient, yet it was scorching inside and I’d have liked a small fridge in the room to keep water cold.

“Malgré des petits hic, je reviendrai avec plaisir”

Le site de l'hôtel est vraiment bien, les chambres sont excellentes et le buffet du petit déjeuner est délicieux. Cependant, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer, il n’y a aucune aide pour porter ou monter les bagages, et l’accueil à l’arrivée est moyen. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, on s’attend à plus dès l’arrivée.

“Good hotel, but botched by horrible room service and building works.”

The location was fantastic—plenty of local food, close to two huge malls and a metro station, and the night‑time eateries were amazing. But the stay was terrible: staff were scarce, plumbing problems caused the water to be turned off randomly, leaving only hot water in the mornings; in the evenings there was no hot water for a freshening up. Room service was awful, sometimes taking 2 hours for a simple tea or coffee. Constant drilling and hammering made it impossible to enjoy any peace in the room, and the whole place felt like a shambles. I wanted to move, but the booking issue was unfixable.
