The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, especially Mohamed, and honestly nothing else bothered me; everything was to my liking.
The staff were available, the location was in the authentic part of the medina, breakfast was good with fresh gluten‑free options, and on the departure day they even prepared a take‑away; the bathroom wasn’t properly separated from the rest of the room and, despite being renovated last summer, there were still dripping pipes.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, the room pleasant, and breakfast tasty; in one of the rooms the air‑conditioner didn’t work completely properly.

The riad’s location was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff—from the manager to everyone else—were incredibly nice, polite and helpful.

The hospitality and friendliness were outstanding, the reception from start to finish was very honest and sincere, thank you 🙏; there was a small trash bin in the room for small messes and waste, but it was quickly resolved with a bag.
