The staff were very helpful and polite, and all my requests were handled promptly; the beach is within walking distance and the property is nice. No complaints.

I booked the room because of the photos on the app, but the place I checked into this evening looks nothing like those pictures; the images shown belong to a different room. The staff I dealt with were completely indifferent, even though they acknowledged that I was scammed by the booking app, they offered nothing to make up for it. I feel defrauded and it’s unfair to receive something other than what was chosen and paid for. Thanks for ruining my night and giving me an experience I’ll never forget; I’ll do what I can to prevent others from falling for the same trick.
