Location, comfort in the room, cleanliness. The room has no window, and the breakfast could be a bit more varied, although it wasn’t bad.

All staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower area was a bit cramped, and the small fridge didn’t have a freezer, which was inconvenient.

Pictures online. We couldn’t check in. When we arrived, no one was at the reception. We sent them an email, but they didn’t reply. We tried to check in on a tablet at the reception, but there was no reservation for us. The lobby was open to everyone, the doors opened for any passerby, and the entrance was untidy. We waited an hour in the lobby and no one appeared. When an employee finally came, he looked more like a construction worker than a hotel staff member. We gave up on this accommodation because we had no trust. Never again will we be unable to check in at a hotel. Avoid this hotel widely. The level of unprofessionalism is impressive. The location isn’t even as good as it looks online.
