The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the beds were not comfortable at all, though the overall ambiance was nice.

The property is beautiful and the on‑site restaurant offers great amenities; the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, and the complimentary waters and snacks in the mini‑bar are a welcome daily treat. However, our AC broke on the last night, and despite reporting it, nothing was fixed; the room temperature climbed to 80 °F overnight and was even hotter the next morning when the sun hit it.

Angel and Miracle handled the front desk very efficiently.

The location is good, but checking in and out felt like using a CVS self‑service kiosk rather than a $900‑per‑night hotel. The room, which cost $900 a night, had no seating area besides the bed and no space for a laptop. Restaurant staff wouldn’t let us sit at a table at 3:50 pm even though many were free; we wanted a drink and to work, but could’t do so in the room or at the bar. We had to ask for a room service check before dinner because it hadn’t been done by 5 pm. If this were a $200‑night place, it might be acceptable, but given the price we were deeply disappointed and underwhelmed.

The standard room allowed me to turn off the air‑con, the cleaning was thorough, and the cleaning staff were kind. I arrived late at night and was denied access because their system didn’t accept two of my cards and my credit‑card limit needed raising, which required a call to a closed bank; they refused to find a solution. They also automatically added a 20 % surcharge to the restaurant bill and then asked if I wanted to tip, resulting in double‑charging. Breakfast wasn’t included on the bill, so I had to have the entire bill re‑printed at the end of my stay. The lack of courtesy from some reception staff was evident, and their approach to financing was shocking.
