The location and the views, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The amount of cobwebs in the room, the rat box on the landing inside the building outside our door, people coming and going out of their rooms, extremely loud, doors banging at all hours

Clean and comfortable. Lovely shower and bathroom. Great selection of hot drink sachets available. The amount of stairs was a problem; I’m disabled and struggled with the stairs and a suitcase. No offer of help from staff, which would have been appreciated.

The location was great. The noisy neighbours (next room) screaming, shouting and slamming doors at 3 a.m. (not the hotel’s fault) staff sorted and shut them up.
