Great location. 1. There is a confusion between the two locations of the guesthouse. 2. The guesthouse had no running water. We left without any assistance regarding that. They just promised to bring a basin and they didn’t. 3. The staff is nonchalant and unfriendly. It takes time to get assistance. 4. The pool was dirty 5. The room didn’t have a key and they took hours to give us. We had to ask for it several times

When they say pictures can be deceiving, they’re talking about this place. It didn’t look like the pictures; it’s old. There was no water for us to bathe, so we had to use a vaskom. The swimming pool looked like a home for frogs. Everything was just so wrong about that place. Later on we did get water, but it was cold, so we had to take a cold shower. We didn’t get the room we booked for Njer, and I was so hurt and disappointed.

The place was spotless and right next to the Expo, plus the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The downside was that there was no breakfast, so we had to cook for ourselves and wash dishes, and parking was a hassle.

I arrived early and they arranged the two rooms I’d booked for me. The downside was that my rooms were far apart and not near each other.
