“Nice staff, beautiful view, but significant drawbacks.”
The staff were very nice and helpful, the view was beautiful, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from Nono. There’s a lovely walking path nearby for kids and seniors, and the garden is clean and pretty, though a bit neglected and it seemed understaffed; they even gave carrots to feed the horses. The downside was that it felt deserted mid‑week, and horseback riding wasn’t available. The room and dining area were cold because the heating wasn’t turned on, and the couple’s room was small, freezing, dimly lit, and felt unclean. From the reception and restaurant you could hear everything outside. Breakfast was only decent at best, and the restaurant and horse‑riding options were pricey. There were no chairs or tables in the room, the photos showed a suite, and we had to ask for a bottle of water and toilet paper. Overall, the place costs more than it delivers.
