The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the vineyards. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are super nice. The chef is outstanding, and the wine is delicious. Thank you again to everyone!

The place is very pretty, quiet, and offers lovely views of the vineyards. Breakfasts are tasty and the staff are polite, so overall everyone is satisfied. On the second‑floor rooms, a small table and chair on the balcony would be nice, though the veranda is fine; it’s more a wish than a flaw. The road to the hotel is a bit bumpy, and the Wi‑Fi works poorly.

The views are stunning, the room was large, and the property is attractive and well kept. Their wine was good and the pool was nice. The staff were really poor—rude, disinterested, and lacking hospitality skills. Game facilities cost extra and are expensive (50 GEL to play pool, 30 GEL to play table tennis). The family room was large, but the extra bed was only a sofa bed that, when unfolded, blocked the front door. Towels were old and tatty. The family room had only two chairs on the balcony. Breakfast was slightly limited; instant coffee was the only option, and hot items included spaghetti every day even though nobody ever ordered it.

The hotel is amazing—terrace, rooms, restaurant, pool, wine—all superb! We rented room 7 (a two‑storey room with one bed and one sofa). The view of the vineyard is great. We swam in the pool at night, the lights were turned on, and we weren’t kicked out. The sofa in room 7 could be improved or replaced; it’s not very comfortable for two adults because of a wooden bar in the middle.
