Holiday Inn Express - Rosenheim by IHG

The staff were very friendly and the location is great – you can walk quickly into town. The room was adequately sized and clean. If the room had a fridge, the amenities would have been perfect :) We missed milk alternatives at breakfast.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was good and the service was very good. Parking was right nearby. Walking to the city centre took 10 minutes. Unfortunately, rooms were not cleaned daily; we were told this only happens on request, which is odd and not very pleasant. This should be clearly stated before booking, as daily housekeeping is not the standard! That’s a major reason to book a different hotel with better room service next time.

I stayed three nights and was amazed at how clean it was. The location was also very good. The breakfast room staff were very nice and polite, but the young lady at the front desk was a bit unfriendly after I asked her a few questions. I felt she wanted to get rid of me quickly and keep her phone quiet; she rushed through everything about breakfast and other things so I couldn’t absorb it all. On the day I checked out, another lady was at the front desk and she was normally friendly.

“Nettes Hotel relativ zentral gelegen und für 1-2 Tage optimal”

Very nice staff, even when checking in late they were still friendly. Everything else was fine.
