I stayed in a room that was very spacious and quite comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to all my needs. However, the floor in the room and bathroom could have been cleaner; a mop was missing to finish removing all the dirt and dust under the bed. It wasn’t terribly dirty, but there is room for improvement.

It’s a place full of natural elements that feels intentionally designed, and the service is delivered with intention too. Breakfast is delicious and complete, and all the staff are very attentive, making it feel safe. I loved that on the day I had a tour and couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel, they packed me a snack; it was great.

Everything was perfect: the place was spotless, the rooms were large, breakfast was tasty and located right in the center of El Poblado, and the staff were amazing and helped with everything. I can see why it gets such a high rating here.
