“It was ok”
The spot is handy and you can walk to most places, but the service flips between great and mediocre, the mattresses feel hard, and housekeeping missed a room clean‑up and didn’t replace toilet paper.
“Modern look, old plumbing.”
The hotel’s modern vibe is good and the location works, yet the old building’s pipes are among the loudest you’ll find, and the toilet and tap noises from rooms above and below keep coming all night.
Le quartier est idéal, proche de tout, et le service de voiturier est très efficace. Mais la chambre au 2ᵉ étage a des équipements un peu vieux, le bruit de la rue est très présent (on vérifie si la fenêtre est bien fermée), le bruit de la chasse d’eau ressemble à un tonnerre même dans les chambres voisines, une porte laisse passer la lumière du couloir la nuit… des défauts inacceptables pour la catégorie de cet hôtel, et le personnel ne parle que l’anglais.
