When I arrived, I was told the Inn had overbooked and they moved me to another Inn a few miles down the road; this had never happened before even though I travel a lot; I was exhausted from a full day of activities and just wanted to rest, yet they had my cell number and never called to explain the situation or let me head straight to the new location; when I asked the clerk if Fairfield does this regularly, she said it happens a lot more lately, so be warned—this can happen to you.
