I felt a great value and the staff were very helpful. The Wi‑Fi in the room didn’t work, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The front desk was open 24 hours, which was very convenient. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable, and I could take my time both at check‑in and check‑out. It would have been nice if they offered coffee or tea as a complimentary drink service.

There was free parking, and the room itself was large and comfortable. The lack of an in‑room microwave and no heating service made it inconvenient. Only the T‑pack with sencha was available, so I’d like to see coffee and tea options added. Also, there were no lotion or cleansing products in the room.
