The hotel's location was a major highlight of my stay, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The hotel was a clean and welcoming place to stay, with a pleasant atmosphere that made guests feel at ease.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were consistently warm and welcoming, making us feel at ease during our stay.
The hotel's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses.

“Muy bien, muy cómoda”
The room phone didn’t work. I reported it to Reception, but they didn’t fix it.
Breakfast was fine, but it wasn’t to my taste; I’ve stayed at many hotels in this chain and this was the worst. The restaurant was very bad.
The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn't work well.
Breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.
The room space was fine, but when I ordered a spicy Caesar salad I wasn’t sure if it was pepper or aji, and it turned out to be terrible.
