The place is decent and offers good value for money, but during my 5 day stay my room was never made up or cleaned.
Miguel was very friendly and the place was perfect.

The rooms were large, clean, with fluffy towels, a good location, a big bed, and cool lighting. I'd book again. Finding it was difficult (no sign or anything), there was no luggage storage, and the walls were thin.

You get what you pay for; it might be fine if you just need a place to crash. There was no one at the front desk, so you were on your own. A noisy neighbor kept us awake all night and we couldn't do anything about it. We also struggled to figure out how to enter the building when we arrived, and the person at the nearby kiosk helped us find the passcode for the entrance.

The ambiance was very pretty, close to the metro and within walking distance of some downtown tourist spots. We had a problem with the key (it got stuck inside the room) and they fixed it right away via WhatsApp. They were very attentive to questions on WhatsApp. There's a lovely café downstairs and several food stalls nearby. The bathroom had hot water and great pressure. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good (trip in September). We were a group of four in a room but there was only one set of keys, which made check‑in and check‑out a bit complicated because we weren't always together. It would be great if they could find a way to improve that.
