Mr Zhang and his crew made our stay unforgettable with their genuine warmth, a no‑meat breakfast, laundry help, and a cozy room that felt like home. The spot by Napa Lake is perfect for e‑bike rides, birdwatching, and horse riding, and the cable car up Shika Mountain gave us jaw‑dropping views even though snow limited some activities. The sunrise over the plateau was magical, and the kids loved the resident cats—Main Hua, Cui Hua, and the white rabbit Xiao Bai.

“Dont forget to play with cats, they are so cuteeee”

We had an amazing stay with a view of Napahai Lake right from the bedroom, and the sunrise was absolutely beautiful. The host upgraded our room for free, let us use an electric scooter at no cost, and even gave us traditional Tibetan clothes to wear. He sent us to Dukezong Ancient Town for free, and his wife’s good English made everything smooth. As Muslim travelers, we appreciated the careful breakfast options that matched our dietary needs.
