The staff were welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to prepare our room so we could change before a nearby wedding; the room itself was lovely, featuring a four‑poster bed and a large bathroom. However, the breakfast service was a bit chaotic, with not enough items left out for guests to help themselves—juices, milk, butter were scarce, forcing the lads to run around. Toast was missing from our full Irish breakfasts, and when we asked for it, it never arrived.
