The staff were friendly, but my fridge kept breaking and after I mentioned it three times nothing was fixed.

The check‑in staff were great and the air conditioner worked perfectly, yet the place was filthy; the desk and coffee table were sticky and the tub mat was moldy.

It was convenient, though there were smokers right next to my room.
